It's important to know what's going on, and how we're feeling.
I
was guilty of not always saying what was on my mind.
I would bottle up all my feelings and not talk about them.
I felt I could deal with things alone.
That's not a good strategy.
I felt very alone when I would do that.
Now I'm more open and more honest with how things are.
It makes for better relationships.
And we deal with obstacles a lot better.
